Strength Training Equipment Visit the Store Next page Product Description Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack w/ LAT Pull Attachment The Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack w/ LAT Pull Attachment is a versatile rack that is an ideal addition to any home, garage, or light-commercial gym. This heavy-duty unit has a 2” x 2” 12-gauge steel frame, with rubber base caps on each foot for safety, stability, and floor protection. With a 12-gauge steel frame, the rack is stronger and more durable than those made of 13 or 14-gauge steel. The BD-7 Power Rack includes a straight pull-up bar with a knurled grip at the top to build strength in your upper body and a Lat Pull Down station at the rear. The Lat Pull Down station features a 38” lat pull bar at the top for lat pull down exercises, as well as a 20” accessory pull down bar at the bottom for cable curls and cable rows. The cable can travel 60”, with a lap bar included to secure the user in place. The unit also includes 4 adjustable bar catchers for squats and bench presses and a numbering system for easily identifying positions. Additionally, the BD-7 features 4 storage pegs at the rear for keeping weight plates organized and secure. These storage pegs can accommodate both 1” standard plates and 2” Olympic plates with the option to add an EX-10 Olympic Adapter Sleeve to secure the 2” plates. The BD-7BCC Bundle contains all the attributes of the BD-7 Power Rack w/ Lat Pull Attachment, with the addition of the Valor Fitness BD-CC2.0 Cable Crossover Attachment. The cable crossovers feature 17 adjustable positions, a pulley system, and a double bar track for stability.
