It's the essential addition to your ultimate home gym! This heavy-duty rack is constructed with 2.5” x 2.5”, 12-gauge steel for strength and durability. The triangular rubber base caps on each foot provide added stability and floor protection. Our strong, stable unit allows for a wide variety of strength training exercises, including squats, bench press, rack pulls, and pull-ups, all in the comfort of your home gym.

The versatile BD-41 comes with J-hooks for easy barbell rack and unrack. These high-quality steel hooks have rugged plastic padding for shock absorption. With 27 variable positions for bar support, ranging in height from 16” to 67” and a vibrant numbering system, it's easy to adjust the J-hooks to your preferred position. The 1” diameter holes at each adjustment position accommodate the safety bars, which protect you when a lift can’t be completed, or to rest your bar on.

At the top of the rack, the multi-grip pull-up bar adds more variety to your workout, with 6 ergonomically positioned handles for different pull-up variations. Band peg holes positioned along the top and bottom of the rack allow users to add additional resistance to their workouts by looping bands around the pegs and their barbell sleeve.

It also features 2 storage pegs on each side of the rear of the unit, providing ample storage for both Olympic and standard plates.
