The Yoke, one of the most unique strength training tools, is a recognizable event in Strongman weightlifting. While primarily used in the Strongman realm, athletes with different strengths and experiences can benefit from the Valor Fitness Yoke Rack for strength, stability, balance, and speed. Made from strong 11-gauge steel with 2” x 3” tubing, the Yoke Rack promises unwavering support for intense workout sessions. It can also function as a pull-up station, a squat rack, and a bench press. With the addition of skid plates and other compatible accessories, this versatile rack is a must-have for every fitness enthusiast.

The Yoke carry activates almost every muscle in the body and is a great way to engage stabilizer muscles, stimulate the nervous system, and increase one's metabolic rate. It can be used for a variety of training movements, including Zercher carry, Anderson squats, basic squats, bench press, pull-ups, chin-ups, muscle-ups, and sled pushes. For added safety during workouts, the MB-Y Safety Catch Set is available and extends 14 inches from the frame of the rack, with protective plastic strips for support.
