The BD-33 Heavy Duty Power Cage is the perfect rack for any home or garage gym. Constructed with 2” x 2”, 12-gauge steel and rubber base caps on each foot, this versatile power cage provides strength and durability throughout the unit. With 43” between the uprights of the frame, it's easy to slide your favorite bench in for bench press exercises using the bar catchers inside or outside the cage.

The BD-33 Power Cage features bar catchers constructed of steel with a chrome finish, and with 27 variable positions for bar support, ranging in height from 15” to 67” with a vibrant numbering system, the bar catchers can easily be adjusted to your preferred position. The 1” diameter holes at each adjustment position also accommodate the safety bars, which protect you in the event the lift can’t be completed, or simply to rest your bar on. At the top of the rack, the multi-grip pull-up bar provides extra variety to your workout, while band peg holes allow users to add additional resistance to their workouts.

To make the home or garage gym complete, the BD-33 also has bundle options available to add a Cable Crossover Attachment, a Lat Pull Attachment, or both!

It also has a 500 lb. max load if using the bar catchers outside the cage, 650 lb. max load if using bar catchers inside the cage, 750 lb. max load for safety bars, and a 200 lb. max load on the Lat Pull.
