The product we want to share with you today is the Valor Fitness OB-MULTI Multi-Grip Bar, also known as a Swiss Bar. It is an essential addition to any home or light-commercial gym due to its ability to help bust through plateaus and change up regular programming. Constructed from 12-gauge steel with chrome plate sleeves that can accommodate Olympic and bumper plates, this heavy-duty multi-grip bar is designed to reduce shoulder strain while performing workouts such as bench presses. The 6 ergonomically positioned grip handles allow for the recruitment of more muscles by alternating the angle and hand position during exercises.

This unique bar offers 4 different grip positions, including neutral close-grip, an angled grip, and neutral wide-grip to target different muscle groups. The knurled 5" grip handles with a powder-coated matte black finish provide a secure grip on the bar, with the angled grip measuring 6". In addition, the chrome plated sleeves fit 2" Olympic weight plates, each measuring 10" to accommodate your plates. The Valor Fitness OB-MULTI Multi-Grip Bar comes with 2 Olympic spring clips and has a total length of 73", with a weight of 26 lb. It is meant for home and light-commercial use, with a maximum weight load of 300 lb.
