Valor Fitness Squat Stands

The Valor Fitness BD-3 Independent Squat Stands are constructed using high-quality 2” x 2” 12-gauge steel, providing strength and durability. The design allows for both squat and bench pressing movements with independent, adjustable bases. Each foot is equipped with a rubber end cap to enhance stability and prevent damage to gym floors.

This heavy-duty unit offers multiple adjustable features, including 10 different height options for the main uprights, ranging from 37.25” to 61”. The safety catches, used for support during difficult lifts, can be adjusted from 19.75” to 31.75”, providing 7 different positions. The base for each upright can be adjusted from 20” to 28”, with an ideal distance of 28” between the uprights for a standard Olympic bar, resulting in a total width of approximately 56.5”.

The J-hooks at the top of the uprights feature a locking bar catch, ensuring the bar remains secure during plate changes and when not in use. The stands also feature a nesting storage design, optimizing space when not in use.

Constructed from 13-gauge steel with 2” x 2” tubing, these squat stands are built for versatility and durability. The addition of storage pegs enhances stability when the unit is loaded with plates. The uprights can be adjusted to heights between 49.5” and 75”, while the safety catches offer 11 different positions between 24.75” and 38.5”.

The foot base can be expanded to three different positions, providing a larger footprint for added stability. The minimum length of the foot base is 20”, with a maximum of 28”. These squat stands are suitable for home gym or light-commercial use, with a maximum weight load of 350 lb. directed downward. Additionally, the storage pegs are compatible with the EX-10 Olympic Adapter Sleeve (sold separately).
