Our bench comfort is designed with high-density, dual-layered padding to withstand intense stress and pressure during exercise. The back pad measures 20” x 9.75” x 2.5”, while the seat pad measures 12” x 9.5” x 2.5”. The solid steel frame measures 2.75” x 2” and features a tripod frame and a rear U-shaped base for stability, with rubber end caps encasing each foot to prevent damage to gym flooring.

Furthermore, our bench is versatile, allowing users to perform exercises such as seated shoulder press (both dumbbell or barbell), bicep curls, tricep extensions, and even lateral raises. The 3-degree tilt in the back pad allows for a more natural upright position, and non-slip foot posts at the front of the unit add further support while lifting heavier loads, up to 500 lb.

With a footprint of 45” x 25” x 42” and a maximum weight load of 500 lb, our bench is meant for both home and light-commercial use. The tapered seat allows for comfortable and natural sitting, while the foot posts provide additional support.
