Comfortable Dual-Layered Pad: The bench features a high-density, dual-layered vinyl pad (47.5” x 11” x 2.5”) for optimal comfort. Its tapered back pad (9.5”) enhances the range of motion for shoulders and arms during bench presses.

Striker Plate with Dual Positions: Equipped with a solid steel striker plate for bar support, powder-coated to resist wear. Two bar catch heights (16” and 21” from the bench) cater to different lifting preferences.
