Our heavy-duty Power Cage, the BD-41, is an essential addition to any home gym. Constructed with 2.5” x 2.5”, 12-gauge steel, this rack is strong and durable, with rubber base caps on each foot for added stability and floor protection. With 43” between the uprights, you can easily slide your favorite bench in to perform bench press exercises. The versatile BD-41 includes J-hooks for easily racking and unracking your barbell, as well as 27 variable positions for bar support, ranging in height from 16” to 67”. The top of the rack features a multi-grip pull-up bar, with band peg holes positioned along the top and bottom of the rack for added resistance.

For users needing more than just a Power Rack, the BD-41 has bundle options available to add a Cable Crossover Attachment, a Lat Pull Attachment, or both. The Bundle for a Complete Home Gym transforms the Power Cage into a full, commercial gym-style machine. It includes J-hooks constructed of heavy duty steel with rugged plastic padding providing shock absorption for safety. The versatile BD-41 has bundle options available to add a Cable Crossover Attachment, a Lat Pull Attachment, or both, transforming it into a full, commercial gym-style machine - all while measuring only 85” x 120” x 86”.

For maximum load, the BD-41 has a 500 lb. max load if using the bar catchers outside of the cage, a 650 lb. max load if using the bar catchers inside the cage, and a 750 lb. max load for safety bars. The Lat Pull and Cable Crossover attachments have a 200 lb. max load on each side. Remember to gently return the carriage to the starting position for longer wear and tear.
