Multi-Function Adjustable Power Cage with J-Hooks and Safety Straps

The Lat Pull-Down/Low Row attachment and Cable Crossover are compatible with this Power cage ONLY. It also features extra-long 2" diameter plate posts to accommodate multiple weight plates, as well as nylon coated aircraft quality cables that have been tested to withstand 1000 pounds of weight. The Multi-Grip Pull Up Bar is adjustable and reversible, offering different angles and widths for a versatile workout.

Additionally, the Lat Pulldown and Low Row Attachment is exclusively compatible with this Power Cage.
